Can Psychic Powers be used during reactions?

Old SST or SST Evo?

I can't remember about old SST, but I know they can't be in Evo as you can oly shoot or move, unless you have a specail rule that grants you a different reaction such as Bug Warriors get a specail rule that gives them a Charge Reaction.

It may depend on the talent being used.

Ego War counts as a shoot action and all armies are allowed shoot actions as a reaction.

Rupture, iirc, is a ready action, so maybe not that one as a reaction.
