ok are there trail rules out there and unit cards available?

While taking a look at the latest s&p, I couldn't find any clue about a release (date or other).
Probably waiting for another anouncement.

You can use the quick start rules from Battlefield: Evolution, and the unit cards from, oh, a few months ago in S&P. Hiromoon has also made his own versions of most or all of the preview cards. (Anyone remember what month the preview cards were in?)

I'll answer my own question, now that I've had a chance to look. Looks like it was March 2007. Or S&P 42, if that's easier for you to track.

The BF:E quick start rules are available for download from this website, if you don't have them around.
