SRD in format other than word please?

Could you post a version of the SRD in a format other than Word? I use Open Office, and it is not formatting a bunch of tables and stuff correctly.

odt is the Open format. It works on any word processor (except maybe Word 2007 - by design :x ). Open Office is free, and just as good as Word/Excel 2003, so I use it.

This maybe a dumb question but, I thought Open Office could use the Microsoft file formats. Is this not true?

I use Open Office Writer 2.4.1, and it has no problem at all with the SRD

That is why I asked my question. I have exchanged files with folks who have Open Office and they have never had any issues.

How about converting to a PDF, that way no problems as you use Abode to read them, easy to do as well if there were no objections from Mongoose.

Oops, I did so already with Open Office, because a PDF is easier to "na-
vigate", although I also keep an odt version to "edit" the SRD infos for
my setting ...

In order to fix the tables using open office all I had to do was adjust the margins of the document. The SRD is fine in .doc format.

The person who made the Mongoose Runequest Deluxe SRD pdf stated some interest in doing similar for the Mongoose Traveller SRD. Here's hoping. 8)
