Reading the rules I understand that secondaries and AA can split fire between different targets.
What about main battery turrets. I undersatnd a single turret cannot split fire, but can two different turrets fire at different targets?
The wording in the rules make it sound like they cannot. This does not make sense to me as technology allowed for fire direction at more than one target. Some multi turreted capital ships seemed designed to do it.
I guess I am thinking of a situation where the forward turrets fire at a target in their arc of fire and the rear turret fires at a different target as the first target is not in the arc of fire.
Appreciate any clarifiction.
