Spirit Magic in Legend

The downloadable Spirit Magic supplement is a useful tool for shamen, both characters and enemies, but the list of spirits and fetches is very limited. I've added a couple but I'm thinking I need some more to flesh out enemy shamen and add some variety to my games.

At the moment I'm doing a scenario set in the Klesh area of Nehwon. There is a group of native hunter-gatherers based on a combi-Central America/South Pacific core. Their shaman has a parrot spirit, a creeper spirit, a tree spirit, a couple of tribal spirits and a panther fetch. I'm looking to add a wild pig spirit and a couple more ancestor spirits to round him out.

Who's done anything more with adding spirits to their Legend game?
 
Signs & Portents 90: http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/signsnportentsarchive has an article called The World of Spirits. It's made for MRQII, but works just fine with Legend. It has stats for different kinds of spirits and I have used as a starting point when I have created my own spirits.
 
Yes, got that, read it. But I was really after a little more inspiration and suggestions of spirits that people had created/designed for their own games.

RQ6 has some excellent design information that builds on the material published in S&P and in the Spirit Magic supplement but no real examples.

Here are what my Shaman already has:
Green Vigour (Intensity 4 teak spirit)
INT 1, POW 25, CHA 1. CA 3, SR +1, HP 25,
Spirit Damage +2d8. Persistence 100%, Spectral Roots and Branches 125%.
Increases the shaman’s Magic Points by 4.

Tenacious Life (Intensity 2 creeper spirit)
INT 1, POW 14, CHA 1. CA 2, SR +1, HP 14,
Spirit Damage +1d8. Persistence 56%, Spectral Tendril 70%.
Increases the shaman’s Resilience skill by 20%

Bird Spirit: (Intensity 2 bird spirit)
INT 4, POW 17, CHA 5. CA 3, SR +5, HP 22,
Spirit Damage +1d10. Persistence 69%, Spectral Peck 87%.
Augments the Strike Rank of the Shaman by 2 points.

Hunting Friend (Intensity 3 tribal spirit)
INT 6, POW 20, CHA 6, CA 3, SR +6, HP 10,
Spirit Damage 1D10, Persistence 80%, Spectral Spear 100%
Hunt Friend grants an increase to the magician’s Track skill of +30%

Wise-chief (Intensity 2 tribal spirit)
INT 5, POW 13, CHA 5, CA 2, SR +5, HP 13,
Spirit Damage 1D8, Persistence 52%, Spectral Spear 65%
Wise-chief grants an increase to the shaman’s Influence skill of +20%
 
Seems OK... but an odd question; why has Tenacious Life (a creeper spirit) "Spectral Hoof"? I would have thought it would have something like 'Spectral Whip', 'Spectral Strangulation' or something similar and more liana-like.
 
It's because I cribbed it from one of the few spirits available in the published material. I'll switch it. But I have noticed a few things like that in various MGP books.
