I see that mrqwiki has spells listed by rune http://mrqwiki.com/wiki/index.php/Rune_Table_with_Spells_by_Rune but it only lists spells from the first book. Is there a more comprehensive list like this? Its pretty hard to cross index spells in this system when they are only listed alphabetically.

I found my own answer but am posting it here in case somebody searches like I did. For some reason the complete spell list was in another location on the same site. I hope this is useful to others as well. http://mrqwiki.com/wiki/index.php/Spell_Lists

It's in a different place because I didn't realise there was another page when I wrote it. Also, I don't like the way spells are associated by Rune. In any case, the spell list by supplement covers more than Runespells so wouldn't have fitted in with the other article.
As it was finished in 2007, I haven't updated it. However, I see that other people have added spells, so it's not as out of date as I thought.
I haven't added in the spells from RQ Spellbook because there are so many and it would take me weeks.
