I like some of the more... civiliar ish looking ones a lot, the refinary and stuff. would make for good landscape.
Looking at that site, I'm wondering if it could be used to produce B5 models. I just glanced at it, but it appears to be a 3d printing or other type of...er... can't think of the word, prototyping? company. If they are just taking 3d models and spitting out real life models... Oh, I can think of a few uses for that. Escpecially for those around here that make their own ships, if they can be replicated in whatever software the company uses... and the prices aren't bad

The Martian ships could be used by the Vree, while the Belter Missile Boat looks suitable for Raiders. And the Belter Attack Cruiser looks as though, with a little work, it could be turned into the Brakiri Arkati Transport.
As well as having them build an entire ship, you could have them produce some parts with which you can scratch-build your own, e.g. these turrets:
