Sooo.... Army Lists then..?

It's the new year and frankly it's about time I started building and painting the vast numbers of SST minis I've got - but I'm now very unsure how to go about building, painting and organising my MI in particular - should I use the old lists/squad options etc. from the Army books, or the partially completed EVO list or am I doomed to have to wait? I don't want to put redundant figures together (Flamers, Triple Thuds, Thermic lances etc.) if they're not going to be used, and I have no idea whether snipers will be individual units or part of a squad (for instance).

Now I know lists probably haven't even been written yet, but I'd love to get started... so, any ideas?

If you use the original lists from the army books, you are unlikely to run into (m)any problems.
