some demos games report

Today I run my first demo in my local gaming club.
The first demo was a 4 raid point game.
Two player were interested by the game , the first one posses some EA ship and he decide to take his two nova and an omega. The other player decided to use my minbari and took my fleet of 3 teshlan. To have the right number of point , I give to his force some help with a white star. After four turn the game was over , the minbaris player succesfully score almost five critical hit per turn and so the game was very borring for the EA player. At the end the EA player try to open jump point with both his omega and his last nova but before he can enter in the jump point the two ship was disable (1-6 critical hit).

The second demo were less boring , I take my narn ( one G-quan and a rongoth ) and the EA player take two novas and two artemis. This game was very funny , the g-quan destroy at long range a nova with his laser cannon and score a high number of damage in all the EA fleet with his E-mine (the EA player put his fleet in one block :D ). But suddenly the artemis open fire and the rongoth disappear ( damn criticals ). Completly surrender by the EA fleet , the narn ship leave the table via a jump point after crippling the two artemis.

To conclude I will say that now I will not use my minbaris again in a demo , not because of stealth but because of their firepower.

EA, Narn, and Centauri make good demo fleets. I'd stay away from Minbari, Drazi, Shadows, Vorlons, as demo fleets.
