Just do what I do: Skip all the pronouncements of doom and gloom, the endless speculation without basis in fact, and the outright flaming of one system or another..... and wait on what Matt says is the final answer.

It might take more than a couple of days though..... but it will be the correct answer. Therefore, there really doenst have to be so many people on here going back and forth about something they seem to know so little about.

Matt may not always be taking what I think is the best course of action but I'm quite sure he is the greatest authority on what Matt is going to do next. Take the man at his word, have some patience, and then once he actually says what is going on.... then you can join the endless bitch fest in here about whether or not its a good thing or not.

I believe Matt and the Gooses do a good job with thier lines. I dont like all the lines, but the ones I do I like a lot. I beleive they will do the best they can with what they have.

As for bussiness decisions, I am glad they try to make good ones. I have seen to many company that make good games go down the tubes because they cant run thier companys as well as they can make games. I am happy one at least can run a company without following GWs evil footsteps.

I think Mongoose is a good company, and I think they care about their customer base. Like zozotroll, I don't like everything they do (I think they're butchering my favorite rpg, Traveller), but, man, when they hit a home run, as they did with Conan, they really knocked the cover off the ball.

Or you can believe, as I do, that the input on the forums has some bearing on the decisions that Matt and the rest of the guys eventually take.

Seems pretty likely to me. Or you can go through life thinking you have absolutely no effect on anyone you come into contact with.
