It's true. Folks have been known to make up things to get upset about, or to blame me for things done by others.
On the other hand, at least there's a strong tendency to either ignore my work or give someone else the credit for it. I recall a recent discussion about Traveller fiction that ranged over many authors including somone who'd written 2 chapters of fanfic... but somehow my several Traveller fiction publications got overlooked. It's like I'm invisible or something.

The tie in to the Spinward Marches book is that MJD wrote the Spinward Marches for Mongoose to publish and is writing an adventure (or avdentures) that take place in the Spinward Marches for Avenger to publish.

For what is may be worth, most of Avenger's stuff is systemless (It will work with Mongoose Traveller, d20 or any other rules system). A lot of it deals with the SETTING of TNE (actually just after TNE) but a lot more is of general usefullness (adventures easily fit with any era and ships are always useful).
Adventures specifically designed for Mongoose Traveller are 'coming soon'.

From my posture, you might be able to tell that I once dislocated my spine and that I know how to base properly when hitting them, but that's about it. You certainly can't tell what I do or don't do in a class.

You attacked the contents of the Spinward marches Book, never having seen them, which I found insulting and said so. I pointed out how silly it was to judge a book by its cover and gave an equally daft analogy which you justified by claiming that a Tai Chi instructor can tell what I do or don't teach in my class right or wrong, from my posture... which I don't buy and IMO does not prove that it's reasonable to attack the contents of a book based upon the cover art.
Thing is, though, that I suspect you're really not happy with Mongoose for their board policies rather than with me. I don't run this board and I didn't ban anyone. It wasn't my doing.
