I'm looking for stuff that I can run in Cimmeria.

Well I own the SLAINE game. Unfortunately I never have gamed it.
It's a beautiful game whose era would lend itself very well to Cimmerian clan-on-clan violence or to Cimmerian-Norse violence.

The adventures published by Mongoose are something that I have not got yet, but that's not a reflection on their quality, rather my lack of cash.

Start simple w/ clan cattle raid, and work you way up from there such as the clans -revenge raid and wife-stealing raid, followed by your clan's counter-revenge raid (and accidental slaying of one of the chief's sons which raises it to a blood feud level), followed by their vow of revenge so deep and black that they hire a Hyperborean sorceror to rain doom on your lands (but the tribe that hired him, does not realize that the Hyperborean now has the chief in his thrall and is essentially taking over the tribe) where your clan will now have to kill the sorceror, liberate the tribe (upon request of the other son of the chief who was pushed out of the tribe (think of the Rohirrim and worm-tongue and the prince)).

Actually that's a pretty nifty little starting point.
