Signs & Portents Question

-Daniel-

Emperor Mongoose
I am curious, where is Signs & Portents future, or does it have one?

I have gone back over some of the past issues and realized I miss the magazine. 8)

No plans as yet, but Planet Mongoose has started up again, and there will be all sorts of other support pieces for our games!

Sounds good. I will keep an eye on the Planet Mongoose. :D

Thank you for the Reply.

Hello. I am looking for this article from Signs & Portents:

"The Worst Part of Our Natures"
Signs & Portents (Issue 20 - Mar 2005)
Page 16

It has advanced classes for villainous characters in the Jeremiah RPG, which sounds pretty cool. I have been unable to find it via drivethrurpg.

I mean this one link is ok (http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/signsnportentsarchive) but all the inner links are dead (404 error message).

I saw there are available on drivethrurpg, though they are no more available for free: http://www.drivethrurpg.com/browse/pub/45/Mongoose/subcategory/161_316/Signs-and-Portents

I also have most of the Conan and RuneQuest stuff but I like to refer to some issues sometimes (Lone Wolf, Elric, Hawkmoon).

BTW is there a map of Khemi in the dedicated article? It is one of the two issues I don't have, the other being the one on Tortage.

I'll check. What's the name of the article, and which issue was it in?

- Issue 24 - Tortage

The Khemi article was reprinted in The Compendium. There's no map.

Tortage is covered in Argos & Zingara (and also touched on in Cities of Hyboria), but I don't think either is a reprint of the article. A&Z does include a nice map, but I'm not sure how useful it is because it is so zoomed out. Vincent wrote A&Z as well as the article, and from what I understand, most of the information from the article is also in A&Z.

I'll ask Vincent for this or do you know his contact data?

I had his e-mail address when he was at school, but the one I have has gone dead.

If you can still get in touch with him, I'd sure like a copy, too.
