Tesco is a chain of supermarket similar to your walmart yanky.

They are all over the place: Ireland, poland, spain, france, eastern europe.

And here is the funny thing: even though they are now an english owned and operated company, they were originally american.

and walmart is here in the UK with asda. my local asda is actually called asda walmart.
