Ship Upgrades

After last nights game when the players acquired their own ship, they want to modify it to have weapons and better engines...etc. I'm sure that I read something somewhere about this, but I can't find it.

Are there any rules for this?

I can't remember anything about whayt you want to do in the RPG rules, but if I find it, I'll post it here.
