Hi guys

A Friend is working on A Idea were after The Pcs kidnap and fake rescuing Krond, Olegby, The Dukes Niece, Vice-Commander Strend, several senior officers and captains and lesser personnel from very rich families Tobias Duke gifts them A Royal Guardian Fleet to protect King Drinax that masses a total of 12,200 tons and I would like you to suggest some suitable ships from 1st edition, maybe even enlarged versions of current ones, that are suitable, I have a few ideas, but appreicate the ideas of more knowledgeable people and also don't want to write them here in case her/my GM friend's players either read this, find out of it or both. Please help

Well, 12.2 KdTons isn't actually that much - it's not exactly going to be a 'fleet' if you want proper warships. A couple of dozen 4-500 dTon ships is enough to make a big dent in the Reach, though (not to mention some subsector fleet's warship inventory!)


Something like Type T patrol Cruisers are a classic traveller icon that I'd suggest digging out.

The Type T (Trenchant class, I think it is?) are a nice, recognisable traveller ship.
