Shadow Death Cloud help

Hello,

I don't know if you have seen prelude_to_war's cool Minbari and EA stations but ever since he has started these station projects it inspired me to try to make the Shadow Death Cloud... being a Shadow player and all 8) . Unfortunately, there isn't much reference out there. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how it looks like? Specifically the structure within the cloud. Images would be ideal as I missed it in the series but any information is helpful, text or pics.

It has a bone-like structure held together by points of reinforcement which are armed with anti-ship and anti-fighter weapons.

It then is surrounded by the cloud.

I can't find pictures... but I will be back when I do...

If you can, see "A Call to Arms" the movie for details. Plus, it's not a bad movie either.

... goes into a part where Vir (if I'm not mistaken) and Galen blow up a Shadow Cloud. There may be a description with that as well, but I don't have my books with me.

Can you elaborate on the structure? Do you know if they are mechanical in appearance or are they organic? Is it like ribs similar to the Hunter mini?

Can't say for sure but if you look at the background and ignore the 3 silhouettes there seems to be a structure of some kind- like a chicken wire pattern. What do you think?

Maybe a chickenwire ball with another inside it sprayed black would close.

Actually, it is a bit like that structure in the back of the picture. They are very smoothe, organic bones... like finger bones, but in all different directions from multiple "hubs". The cruved ends all kind meet at a "hub".

Sorry I can't find any pics. I also don't have my DVDs, otherwise I may try and capture them on my laptop...

But the best I have are really slender and smoothe finger bones... with the rounded edges all meeting together making a giant cage-like thing. They aren't straight but have a very fine bend to them all The cage engulfs the planet/fleet and then begins to launch it's missiles.

A few weeks ago some friends of mine played an EA vs. Shadows game. The EA player was expecting a Shadow Vessel to show up but instead was suprised to find a Death Cloud. The Shadow Player simply put some stretched out cotton on a flight stand and placed it on the table. We laughed that it would be pretty embarassying to loose to a cotton ball.

The Shadow player also had a pair of Shadow Hunters that came in and tore up the EA Apollo and some of the Marathons as well.
