I find it quite odd that the sample adventure, meant to kickstart a campaign, is set in the Spinward Marches... while the sampe campaign setting is placed 2 subsectors away in the Trojan Reach.
More inexplicably, there are hooks within High and Dry meant to KEEP the PCs in the Marches (links to Project Steel, for example).
My first choice would be to relocate this adventure to Sindal subsector. My second choice would be to add plot hooks that send the PCs there.
