Really good review. I had a few of the NPCs in this already established during character creation as enemies/rivals/contacts etc so I was committed to doing so additional work to flesh out the setting. My hook was that the Travellers were given the job as a way of laying low following a mission to transport guns to neighbouring Quiru.
I share all the criticisms Seth points out. When transcribing this on to FGU for my game, I was able to consolidate a lot of the information that in the module appears over several pages. In particular (and without mentioning spoilers) there are three tables listing NPCs that were best presented as one table to avoid duplication and give me one place to check during gameplay. I had made the same adjustments re. NPC names etc. as well.
It's a really good scenario though - there are enough hooks to use or ignore which I like because you can adapt it to your own party's play style.
