Service, Service Cover... An Easter Egg?

I just picked up Service, Service this week after recently recovering from shifting House (Man, that's an expensive undertaking).

Anyways, after sitting down to peruse the book, I noticed a man tucked in the bottom left corner of the front cover, wearing a blue suit and what looks like a straw hat, looking at his watch. The Man bears more than a passing resemblance to Darren McGavin in his Kolchak: The Night Stalker clothes.

Am I seeing things or did I spot another Easter Egg?

Wow, I didn't realise that this post had slipped so far down the forum without reaching somebody's watchful eye... :shock:

If nobody knows if I'm right or wrong about the cover, is there an email adress for Jim Holloway and I'll ask him myself.
