Has anyone else noticed that although the Codes for sentencing are identical in the Judge Dredd RPG Rulebook and The Mega-City One Archives Volume 1: The Justice Department, the latter misses out the last four Sections of Code 1 which refer to sexual assault?

Actually, I'm missing the Archives book (I have to get it one of these days), so I can't comment on that

Sorry for hijacking your topic but this reminded me on one thing that got me wondering when I browsed the Core book last week. I think it said that when sentencing a perp the judge should make a Law test, IIRC. Does it really mean that players don't choose the sentences but rather the GM assisted by the test?
