Hi, just a quick question and I might being pretty dumb here, but why are Mongoose trading back their old minis?

What do they plan to do with them?

Just guessing, but...

It's good PR and it cost them nothing/very little.

It's good advertising, as you go and look at their new products, to see what you can trade for.

It's good business, having traded you may go and buy more of their new products.

What do they plan to do with them?

Keep the ones they don't have and sell the rest on eBay.

Or at least that's what they did with the ones I traded.

I don't know if this interests any of you but I'm having a clearout of a massive collection of (NIB) Mongoose boxsets I bought.

I think the best piece I have is a Red Paranoia XP Bots Boxset with the windows xp logo

I've got lots of Babylon 5 and lots of Starship troopers boxsets all mint, along with blisters.

Are you still looking to get hold of these sets?

I have a Veteran Cap Troopers boxed set and Wasp Troopers Squat set. Got them in a trade a while ago, opened but never painted. Like new, box and all. Happy to swap them for any Dredd stuff I don't have, which would be anything produced after GoMC-1

Are the B5 28mm miniatures valuable? I have Narns and Minbari boxes in shrink wrap still and I was going to get them painted, but having seen the prices on ebay I think I may sell them instead.
