Seeking Mike Mikesh and Greg Videll

Having contacted Peter Grey with the help of the good folks on CotI, I'm now in search of Mike Mikesh and Greg Videll. Mike's only e-mail address (an old genie.com address) bounces, and I have no way of contacting Mr. Videll. Does anyone know of any alternate e-mail addresses I might contact either person at?

I've contacted Greg Videll in the past, but no longer have a valid e-mail address. I did find he is active on the Thousand Suns Encyclopedia Galactica, so you may want to ping Greg on the Rogue Games forums.
