Dungeon Musings runs great actual play series (not just for traveller). Don’t go to his feed if you want quick-fire action: I’m currently on episode 18 of his Borderlands Run series and they’ve not even found out the Cargo’s Big Secret! Fights are rare and he seems to go out of his way to steer the party away from them at times. I do also get a bit frustrated at times when he has skimmed the background material and asserts stuff that would come back and bite him in a full campaign. But both he and the party are strong RPers and maintain the interest. It’s a strong favourite of mine.
Dungeon Musings has also started running Drinax and I’m not kidding when I say that, at the rate of his Borderland Run campaign, he would take a decade to finish it.
I really enjoyed the Whartson Hall Drinax AP, but it dates from 2016 and the recording and mic standards were just not up to what we expect today, sadly.
The DM Chris Drinax series I found unlistenable, despite trying hard: it was partly the way he drove his (clearly inexperienced) players to solve everything with shooting, with zero consequences in what should have been campaign-ending situations of open murder in class A starports (especially the time it was done in the hyper-surveilled one in Tech World!!!) But a large issue was also the ungrounded mic, the constant vaping into the mic, and the episodes apparently recorded in a restaurant kitchen during washing-up!
I quite like the Garblag Games series: they have the air of “just a bunch of good mates who’ve been doing this together for years and happened to record it”. For some reason I find the Black Country* accent perfect for both Traveller and for men who tinker with cars in sheds.
I tend to dislike the Theatre Kid versions who are desperate to be the second coming of Vox Machina, so I find the Gamblers APs absolutely, cringingly unbearable.
*The Black Country is an area in the midlands of England. It’s nothing edgy.
