Which book provides the best info on security measures (cameras, scanners, lock-picks, etc.) for Traveller?

Details of security devices and how to get past them are listed in Scoundrel, along with the equpment to do so, this includes picks etc. there are some specialised computer programs to aid in hacking as well. You would think they would be replicated in Agent, basically if your super spy wants to be good at picking locks he has to take a term or two on the other side of the law, Stainless Steel Rat anyone? .
Edit: Scoundrel also adds a Security skill which adds to the relevants skill - Engineer (Electronics), Mechanic or Computers to aid in intrusion attempts.

Of course if you want your agent to be a skilled Infiltrator, just alow his intursion training using scoundrel and retitle the burglar part and call it infiltrator or something similar.
Scoundrel has it intusion kit listed as thieves tools! While Central Supply Catalogue has them listed as lock pick kit and electronic lock picks, I'd use the latter as we are not playing bloody D&D!
