I am using the Spinward Marches sector map a lot at my table. I'd like to get a Vinyl copy. Would Mongoose offer this - perhaps print on demand via a sub-contractor?

On Debian or Ubuntu systems (and others), there is a utility called "pdfposter" which I believe was the tool I used to process the Spinward Marches PDF file and split it up into chunks suitable for printing on an A3 printer and then joining together.

I've done this for both the Spinward Marches and the Trojan Reach. I have the resulting PDFs but would need permission from Mongoose before sharing them...

Thanks. I've played about with splitting it up into A3. However I'd rather just pay.

A poster printer will charge about £15 for a 28 x 40" vinyl print. I'd be happy to pay £30. However, I'm not sure the fuss would be worth Mongooses effort.

If so, perhaps changing the copy permissions to private use allowed? But perhaps that isn't possible.

It is a good idea, but it would be expensive. I think a vinyl print, even using digital technology, might start to reach the £60 mark or more.

Me too, I have a couple of neoprene gaming mats from Monte Cook games, they are not £60.

edit - Cypher System Playmat, there are several available $20 to $30

I can link to show them but it is their shop so I don't want to break rules.

Were these mats custom, print to order? World of difference price wise from a run of 50 or whatever.
