I may not have been keeping up but is it right that there isn't such a thing as 'Vehicle Scale' now?
If so, I think it is worth checking all the sections that could have scale mentioned to make sure they are up-to-date? Two examples.
p.135 Dec Update version:
"All these weapons are Vehicle scale and require the Heavy Weapons (vehicle) skill."

"Personal scale weapons may be mounted upon a vehicle, "
