Have you considered doing some best of issues? Using electronic publishing this would be easy to do.
I was reveiwing a couple of issues today and I noticed that the newsletter is in landscape format instead of the the more traditional letter. This makes it awkward to print. I work with pdf pro, and it has a functionality to set up bookmarks for pdf docs. This would make the newletter easier to navigate.
