Go to RPOL and search for RuneQuest. There are three of them I play in (one as GM, two as player) and we have one or two players to replace in each of them. Note that these are play by forum and not play by email, though.

Thanks. I've actually found one that uses RQ system but on a different setting, but could not find any other... :?:
