Rule books availabilty

I am currently still playing first addition. I would like to know how long will Call to Arms Second Edition books be available for? Is it out of print in June/July with the minis? Later or earlier?

It will be out of print when Mongoose lose the license, in june. And the minis will be out of production then also.

I guess that means I should stop putting it off, just buy Second Edition ! .... and of course more ships....
