The RQII manual doesn't come with a quick index of the Skills, so you have to hunt through the manual to find their opening values and/or definitions.
I created this quick index that lists the name, opening value, and page number for each skill. It's handy for character creation and to quickly find the page where a skill is located. Also included is a quick index of the Game System rules. Comments and corrections welcome. Hope you find it useful. I just stuck it on the inside cover.
