Rotating sections

NO. by the power of the thumb, I have seen it as well!!
 
Hey I have a idea for how to get between sections on a Omega Class Destroyer, there is a version of it on the Excalibur, it would just maybe need to be air tight, the Bullet Car, combining that with some of the other feasible methods and it just might work.

I'm guessing you've all forgotten about 2001 A Space Odyessy. As I seem to remember, the Discovery also had a rotating section to simulate gravity
There is a scene on Discovery where Bowman leaves the centrifuge for the command deck. He climbs a ladder to the center of the rotating section and exits a door that was stationary on the centrifuge and spun in the open end of the central axis. As he was weightless after leaving the door, it made no real difference as to his orientation.
I would think the Omega would have something very similar, albeit rather larger for the number of personnel coming and going on a ship that size.
What do you lads think?
