Romulan Dreadnoughts

Just bought the Romulan squadron box and all the ships are metal apart from dreadnought, which is resin. There is a huge amount of flash, and whilst there does not seem to be any mold slip, sume detail, such as the front of the nacelles and the head, is covered/gone completely.
Has anyone else had problems with the dreadnoughts? I 'll try and clear it up as apart from the flash it is brilliant and workable, but I am wondering if there is anyone who has close up pictures of the front of the Necalles I could use to try and remake the detail with green stuff or something.

Try this:

I believe the knobs on the front of the warp engines are supposed to be there, whereas the stub on the front of the forward hull is to be cut away.

Sorry it doesn't show the front better.

I had problems with my Condor's as well, the most noticable were the warp nacelles. On the first one I ended up making them both round with a small flat spot on the front of each so they would match. On the second one there was a large divot in the front of one so I drill out the other to match and sanded it down to look like a concave version of the front of Fed nacelles. I know there is putty that can fill voids like this but I was happy with these results.

Just confirming the little detail on front of the nacelles are suppose to be there. They are the Plasma S/F Launch Tubes.

As far as rebuilding those to small round pieces of putty or green stuff stacked like a Wedding cake will cover it orif you really want to work a small peice drilled into the front covers it.

As far as the nose that just clean up as best you can to restore the spade point nose.
