Pg150 – Repairs: With the relatively recent changes in 3D printing technology there should be something here that would have ships making some spare parts from onboard resources, or even salvaging other components to make new ones. You could also allow time for the manufacture of parts for more complicated systems.

For salvaging? Could be included as part of the auto-repair program or taught at Mechanical-1 school.

To be honest, I would assume that is already part of the process - all we are doing is specifying cost, time and skill.
