fair enough, but you just set your counters one way for this turns crit, then rotate them at the end of the turn so from then on, all that are horizontal can be repaired, it's not foolproof, but it saves you spending ages going through your sheets
The weapons criticals that are important in the changes are that a 4-5 now only takes out one weapons system and a 4-6 takes out one random arc. Much more survivable than losing every weapon system at once (that particularly affects big ships more than little ones).
