Red Nails from S&P 22

I've just been purchasing back issues of Sign & Portents to fill in the gaps in my Conan collection.
To my horror, issue 22 isn't available any more!

Apparently, this issue had 1 page about Red Nails.
Can someone enlighten me please; was it about the animated film or was it an article for the RPG?

If the latter, is it available anywhere?

Haven't seen the article, so I don't know what it's about, but I just wanted to say that you can probably still get ahold of issue #22. At FRP Games for example.

I purchased all my back issues through Steve Jackson Games (Gurps) and I'll check through them tonight If nobody has theirs handy for you today. Give their website a look over, as it was a couple of years ago when they had them. Good luck.

I think it only had the racial template for Tlatzians(?) and it has been reprinted in the Stygia book and reprinted with the whole city, npcs and monnsters/treasure in the Hyborian Ruins book. That will save you some dough if your just after that one article.

It is the Tlazitlan template, and the Hyborian Ruins book or Stygia has it.
