Just want to confirm the following with those more experienced and longer with MP RQ material:

CoG 1 & 2 RQI will be contained in the CoG RQII version with additional information and changes for the system update - CORRECT?

MoG RQI - is that coming out under RQII? If so when, if not, would you recommend getting it in RQI version (as it has very good ratings on review sites)

completely unrelated to the above - how do I get an Avatar? Am I missing something or is it a case of duh! :wink:

No. Cults of Glorantha for RQII is, more or less, a complete reworking of the previous volumes. The cults get more detail, a better structure, key myths, new spells, and so on. There's a fair amount of compatibility, but CoGII is more comprehensive.

No. Magic of Glorantha's contents are fully contained in the RQII core rules (Spirit Magic) and Glorantha the Second Age (Draconic mysticism). MoG won't be reworked for RQII: there's no need.
