RE: Common Magic Spell - Extinguish

The spell in CORE page 111 says:

Magnitude 1 = Flame
Magnitude 2 = Small Fire
Magnitude 3 = Large Fire
Magnitude 4 = Inferno

{see page 58 of CORE}

HOWEVER

page 58 of CORE says:

Flame - Candle - 1 point
Large Flame - Flaming Brand - 1D4 Points
Small Fire - Camp Fire - 1D6 points
Large Fire - Bonfire - 2D6 points
Inferno - Lava - 3D6 points

Given that there are five (5) categories on page 58, should the Extinguish spell on page 111 actually have five (5) magnitudes as:

Magnitude 1 = Flame
Magnitude 2 = Large Flame
Magnitude 3 = Small Fire
Magnitude 4 = Large Fire
Magnitude 5 = Inferno

for consistency reasons?

Perhaps it is not potent enough to put out raging inferno flames?

I was thinking that Magnitude 4 for the spell is too powerful to put out an inferno as per the ratings for fires and associated damage therefrom on page 58 and that you'd need a Magnitude 5 spell to do that.

I was more aiming at a question with regard to consistency of Magnitude vis-a-vis the rating of fires as given on page 58.
