Quick rundown on fighters

Hi all,
I just got my copy of 2e (I know a bit behind the times), mine is missing page 28, I'll take it back for a replacement in a week or two but was hoping to get in a few games before then. could you give me a quick rundown on fighters please (or better yet a pdf of page 28).

The main things I wanted to know are: what are the main changes from SFOS, also I presume (from the rest of the fighter rules that aren't on page 28) that the anti fighter trait works pretty much the same as the SFOS space station rules for shooting fighters (I think the trait was defence grid) ie, the anti fighter trait is the number of fighters you may roll one die against and they can't use dodge. Also what is the range of anti fighter vassal seems to use 2 inches. Is this correct and is there anything I missed on my missing page.

P.S. it seems that fighters no longer add their crew quality to dogfights, is this correct? Thanks for any help

You can download the missing page from here.

To answer your questions:

Anti-fighter takes place after fighter movement. Assign that many dice to fighters within 2". Roll to equal the hull and kill the fighter.

Fighters no longer have CQ.

Measurement for fighters is now done edge to edge, rather than to the centre.

thanks for the reply, but the link to the pdf says error file not found (the link to the outside website, the mongoose page comes up just fine, its the links link to the file that is the problem).

for anti fighter, do you roll that many dice between available fighters or that many dice (unlikely but without the page I don't know) for each fighter, ouch.
