Quick Magic Question

Maybe it's hidden in the rules but I don't know. If you have a character that is say, a sorceror, can he learn another form of magic such as Spirit Magic?

There's nothing in the rules - and I guess there wouldn't be - RQ doesn't limit skills and abilities by notions of character class, so it's a setting question of whether your sorcerer knows spirit magic practitioners who will let him into their secrets. Having said that if there are spirits around and they are either useful or dangerous, I would expect there to be grimoires around that specialise in dealing with them through sorcerous arts.

In Cults of Glorantha there are lots of sorcery cults with access to Common Magic and divine cults with access to either Common or Sorcery as well.

I've never seen any Sorcery cults that allow access to spirit magic, I think the traditions are polar opposites. I seem to recall it saying somewhere that a shaman can never have been a sorcerer.

There is this bit in the cults bit of the Core rules (p151):
'Fervent Members can be Common Members and even Pious Members of other cults but cannot be Fervent Members of more than one cult.'

There may be certain cultural restrictions on learning a different style of magic, but they're just that; cultural. There's no inherent restriction on learning another style.
