Quick and stupid question about downloadable NPC charts

 I guess I've been running CoC d20 for too long, so I've forgotten the basics. What do the skills scores of the downlodable NPC tables actually include ? They seem to cover at least ranks and armour penalties, but do they include ability modifiers ? Are they 'net' scores you can add to the roll as they are ?

All d20 games I've encountered so far have the "net" scores listed, so you should just add them straight up to the roll.... that doesn't mean they cannot be calculated wrong, or the author of a particular module has screwed up somewhere though. So use your judgement. But as a rule, they "should" be net scores.

I think GhostWolf is right. Personally, I've been thinking of making NPC Sheets that list just the skill ranks and base bonuses, so I can play around with the Abilities and equipment and have an easier time calculating the character's new totals.

They are net and include:
Ranks
Racial/Background Modifiers
Feats
Ability Modifiers
Synergy bonuses

But do not include Circumstance modifiers such as racial terrain bonuses or a class' favored terrain bonus.
