Question Regarding Minbari PCs in Religious Caste

Ok, so as a member of the Minbari religious caste, players gain a +2 to all knowledge checks.

Minbari (in general) gain a fluency in Minbari: Lenn-Ah, Fik, and Adrenato... and in Human (English). Being fluent in a particular language gives you a +2 bonus to knowledge checks of the specific culture who's language you're fluent in.

So my question is... Does that mean that a Minbari who is a member of the religious caste gets a +4 bonus to knowledge checks in Knowledge(Minbari) and Knowledge(Human) ? (i.e. Do they stack? +2 for being in the religious caste and +2 for being fluent in Minbari and Human?)

Thanks in advance!

Unless the players guide says otherwise things do not under normal circumstances directly stack.

It all depends on he situation though, does it not....

Say your character wanted to check knoledge on some thing about Earth then that would be the usual Earth Bonus.

Or a culture knoledge of homeworld then that would be the usual bonus.

BUT IF the character wanted to compare two facts would you not have to check for knoledge of each world as separate abilities and in doing so indirectly stack.

So I guess what I am attempting to say is that unless the book specificly states otherwise, to stack or not would be up to the discretion of the Game Master and would depend on the situation.
