Question on OGL

Just a quick question about the OGL for RuneQuest. I am curious if the additional rules introduced in Elric of Melniboné and Lankhmar are considered open game license? Especially the black magic and sorcery rules.

The Elric rules are not Open Content. I think the same applies to Lankhmar, too.
