If you perform a Bull's Charge against a target that is flat-footed, does the target still get the attack of opportunity on the charging character? Or, does the defender lose this due to being flat-footed?
No. A character that is flat footed is not able to perform Attacks of Opportunity.
Therefore, if a character wins Initiative and elects to perform a Bull's Charge against an opponent that is flat footed, the opponent is not allowed the usual AoO.
