Hey there so i see university says increase edu by +1. Is this a bonus for whenever rolling your edu or does it increase my actual edu characteristic? or is it the education mod thats increased?

Does anywhere in the rules clarify this? Thanks

Edu +1 would mean to increase the actual Edu characteristic.
