Question about missing parts

Hello all,

Could someone direct me to where I request replacement parts?

Picked up the Judge Dredd starter box yesterday. Someone forgot to pack the LE figs inside their blister (loose in box and empty but closed blister, lol).

That was fine, no damage done. However, when I opened the Judges box I discovered the Judges had sentenced all their bases to the Iso Cubes for insurrection...so I'm missing 8 bases.
