Psi Corps initiative modifier

Hi, apologies if this has been answered already or seems blindingly obvious.

My EA fleet in the ID Games campaign have just rolled for some Other Duties and we now have several ships with Psi Corps Advisors(PCAs) aboard, giving +1 to initiative (result No.9).

If more than one of these ships is present in a battle, are the bonuses cumulative?

Also, I have one ship with two PCAs. If she is in range of two Shadow Ships, can she try to switch off both of them? Or make two attempts on one?

As for the initiative bonus, precedent would say no, I can't think of any other bonus where multiple instances of the same bonus stack. For instance, 2 ships with the +1 command trait on the table does not give you +2 bonus to initiative rolls.
