Is it just me or is the PP fuel off between the Scout and Seeker designs?

Both ships have J2, so thats 20 tons

The Scout has 20 tons of fuel for 10 weeks which means 2 tons/wk
The Seeker has 4 tons of fuel for 4 weeks which is 1 ton/wk

So, what is the PP fuel requirement? 1 ton per week or 2 tons per week?

Is there something that I missed?

I haven't read TBeard's analysis over at the CotI, but I think he mentions that the volumn is off too (counting squares on the deckplan).

This, I don't understand. It's something that's plagued Traveller in many different editions all the way back to CT.

How hard is it to get the vol. of the ship correct? I know in CT, the LBBs tell you specifically how to create a deckplan. It seems the official deckplans should adhere to these rules.

For Power Plant A, 1 ton per week. The Scout has 20 weeks' duration (wow!)
