It says to increase EDU +2.

Is this in addition to the EDU +1 you get for being in University or a total of EDU +1 (+1 for University and +1 for Graduation)?

Item 11: If you are in a Military College, shouldn't you automatically get drafted into the service you are working towards? That should at least be an option or you can roll on the table.

So right now it states: "Graduation allows automatic entry into the military career the academy is tied to, so long as it is the first career attempted by the Traveller after graduation." on page 15.

So are you suggesting it be changed to a forced thing?

Sort of like; "Upon graduation you automatically enter into the career the academy is tied to."

No, for Event 11 you get drafted while in University or Military College.

My suggestion is that FOR THAT EVENT, you should be drafted into the military branch for which you are attending Military College (you have to pick that earlier).

Once you graduate, yes, you should automatically be allowed to enter that military career, no arguements there.

This cropped up in internal playtesting. As things stand, it is in addition (basically, RAW).

It does make sense. But governments are involved, so I am quite happy for it to not make sense, if you follow me
