One last thing before I nod off.

Delenn may be used with a Minbari fleet in any game set before 2262. In scenarios set thereafter, she may only be used in an ISA fleet. She may, however, be used in an ISA fleet in the years 2260-61 so long as only White Stars and White Star IIs are present, representing her use of the White Star fleet against the Shadows, Vorlons, and Drakh.

The ISA was formed in 2261, after Earth was taken back from Clark's forces, I think this should read that it is the Army of Light from 2260-2261 against the Shadows and the Vorlons, and 2261 and forward in use against the Drakh.

"If you value your lives, be somewhere else." should cause a CQ before firing on her, representing the crew of that ship thinking it over if they want to mess with her. She'd basically give any ship she was on Dodge.

Delenn would never board another vessel as it describes.

There is one thing I like more than my White Stars, and thats the lady that made them happen. =)

The wording of which fleet she can be used in is based on the same rule for Sheridan.

'If you value you lives...' caused the EA fleet to flee. This trait means she has an advantage in demanding a crippled ship surrenders, rather than fights on. And just because her ship's troops board an enemy ship, doesn't mean she will personally.
